My niche is neurospicy (autism/ADHD/CPTSD), culturally diverse, feminist, 2sLGBTQIA, people who ache for a life the system is not providing. I offer culturally sensitive, trauma informed, spirit/energy, earth-loving, deconstructing, life coaching. Come laugh with me while we elevate above the traumatic systemic oppression that is trying to crush and colonize us.

I believe in equality between myself and you. This means I believe you are the expert in your lived experience and can teach me as much as I teach you. I have expertise that may help you learn and change in your own healing path. Equality also means that I am open to sharing about my life if it is helpful to building your attachment, empathy, understanding, and healing.

Some things that make me a unique coach are: I am a Two-Spirit Cherokee woman. I am neurodivergent, culturally spiritual, love the earth, and stand against oppression. A significant part of my therapy approach is coming along side you as you deconstruct ableism, capitalism, oppression, racism, religious abuse, and narcissistic abuse.

As a Cherokee, I use humor and story telling/word pictures to explore issues from various perspectives and with a more lighthearted approach to dark issues. I also specialize in all types of neurodivergence and how allistic culture is causing harm. As a member of the 2sLGBTQIA+ community, I support healthy, boundaried, and consensual love and equal rights.
